RBR-Technologies is a small service-disabled veteran-owned information and technology business founded on the basic principle of delivering customer mission success. RBR-technologies prides itself on our commitment to mission success as exemplified by the trust our customers and contract partners place in us. From the first employee hired to present day, every team member has a passion for mission success. Since 2011 we have continued to employ the highest caliber of professionals whose success is attributed to the intelligence, dedication, and years of experience within many government organizations including the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).

EVENTS
RBR-Technologies is dedicated in cultivating a service first company culture. We offer quarterly events for our employees +1 (minimum) and events that are open to their families. Past events included; holiday party, trip to New York City, Murder Mystery Dinner, Fishing Charter, Skybox at an Orioles game, Private IMAX screening of Star Wars and an Escape room event. RBR-Technologies holds All Hands Meetings to recognize employees hard work, get all employees up to date on everything in the company and provide employees with a company paid lunch.

RBR-Technologies helps veterans transition through a career skills program.
RBR-Technologies is committed to service members from the United States Military in assisting them through the transition process into a civilian career. The Career Skills Internship Program provides service members with exposure to critical industry standards and practices, such as:

Direct interaction with RBR-Technologies senior management

Insight to contract & labor management (types of contract, labor categories, sourcing of candidate, etc.)

Executive-level program management (cost, schedule and performance)

COMMUNITY
RBR-Technologies community outreach program demonstrates our commitment to where we live and serve. Through the program, employees are able to choose a charitable organization and receive a specific dollar amount to donate from RBR-Technologies. We offer our employees 16 hours of paid volunteer time to give them the freedom to donate their time charitable. RBR-Technologies is always searching for ways to better serve the community. Past community involvements includes, Make A Wish, Wounded Warrior, USO, Tunnel 2 Towers, Local Fire Departments and more.
RBR-Technologies management and staff have frequently participated in the DISA Step (Summer Technology Engineering Potential) Up camp. The STEP-UP Camp is a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) program conducted at DISA where high school students come in and learn about technology jobs and different skills in the STEM field. RBR-Technologies supports this by teaching the robotics class.
